I love slayer I was going to see them soon so bummed out been blasting slayer since I heard blasting it so loud cops came one of them was a fan and heard what happened too he was understanding and said just after dark to turn it down a bit god I love metal its done so much for me and slayer has had a bit impact shred in peace Jeff you will be missed dearly

I'm a wreck. I've loved slayer since I popped out of the womb. My dad used to work for B.C.Rich and the guys from slayer were always in there. My daughter just saw them last summer for the first time. This really sucks.

I saw them for the first time live in Chicago in '86' and have been a diehard fan since. Heartbroken for the loss of a metal icon and the begining of the end of my fave band.
