Hey.. I'm wondering if I can keep multiple species of snakehead in a single tank.. Crazy idea, I know. Just want some comments on what you guys think about that
I have 3 stratia.. Grown half their size in 2 weeks. From 2 inches to 3...
2 sp redfins.. 4 inch
In a 6 ft long tank
How would the tank be if I added different kind of snakeheads??

From Singapore?? Hahaha
I see the ones from clementi... Different, I'm guessing gachua... Very tempted to buy them :D
Now my fishes are all hiding at the planty side of my tank.. Which is only 1 ft long.. Other side nothing at all. Once in a while my 7" clown knife comes out and chases the Juvie stratia.. That's all

I know that! But seeing my tank is huge and all of them huddling in 1 corner.. Makes the rest of the 5 ft useless... Haha

Malaysian lah bro...
Try used separator and make it 2 sided. Since your SH still juvie, it should fit for them. But how your temp. Is it suit for your sp redfin?

Those 2 species have very different max size and different care. they should not be housed together in any sized tank, and certainly should not add more species.

Snakeheads require species only/ solo tank. Do some reading in this forum, there is alot of good information available all of which will lead back to solo tanks/species only.MANY MANY MANY people have asked this question in one form or another .

Ah.. Thanks for the enlightenment..
So sooner or later, I'll have to separate them.. The Juvie really grows fast, east fast!
The temp in my tank is 29°c.. Around there.. But they are very active, especially when I stand in front of the tank. They come towards me

If it isn't recommended then I'll probably just leave it like that....
