I have emailed them a few times, just havent actually purchased anything. They responded quickly and were eager to help answer any questions that I had. Reading from customers stories, they have great customer service and their products kick ace!

Cool, will do. I'll plan on ordering on Tuesday the 28th. I'm going with the 4" cubelifter @ 30ppi - and will add my own 90 degree piece. It's $1.80 different on the website price wise after discount ($6.30 vs $8.10) but the electrical conduit 90's are $0.57 at Home depot. So I can save ~$1.23 per sponge for 30 filters ($36.90 total saved). Yes I'm that cheap.
