Im sorry I cant see the Pictures If you get your fish small and have cover in there I believe its doable.....but they would all need to be small to grow together and you would need some good filtration.
 
If you start by getting fish that are young your tank will be big enough for all the fish you've stated (I like the fact your rocks are big and that you have spaces In between them)...... but when the Yellow Bullhead and Rockbass get bigger you will need to have a lot of filtration and may need to move one of them out or the Pumpkinseeds if you see them getting aggressive to your other fish, if you still want to keep Creek chubs.
