. Congrats, I can't wait to see the finished product.your tank going to look sweet when done , good luck ,,, how many gallon is that big guy ??
don't know how I missed this thread.. this tank is going to be awesome when finished!! I'm sure your rays will appreciate that you kept it 20'
Thanks. That tank is amazing. My mind is running wild with the natives possibilities of that tank. Congrats, I can't wait to see the finished product.

So I cut 3x 3/4" pieces for each tank (6 total). One for each broken end, one for where I cut the tank In the middle to finish the walls off and one for each overflow. I cut the overflows 1" lower than the tank height so there is plenty of room for water flow. All cuts seem to fit nicely!.
I'm not worried about the clear overflows because I got that black PVC sheeting to cover the overflows and the back wall

This overflow won't have any "teeth" at the top restricting flow. You maybe right but even if the water is 1/2" above the overflow it will still be 1/2" from the top of the tank so I'm not worried much. I'm guessing the water will only rise 1/4" above the overflow before it starts rolling hard thoi have a question for you ? your over flow its only 1 inch from your top of your tank , kinda close , your not worry about overflows , ?? most tank with the pumps on , the water line raises good 1/2 inch , just wondering ,??
Looks good man! I'm glad you were able to use that acrylic! If you need any help holla!
