I noticed he was hiding for a few days in my terra cotta pot decor. Today I found him looking like this. What would have cause his skin to loose colors like this?

Internal parasites idk..... Weird it's only the back half

looks like its a slimecoat problem.
Stressed?
there is no stress. The only thing I can think of is my albino sailfin sucking off his slime coat. Should I move him or move the Pleco to a 12g tank so he can heal?

I would guess that's exactly the problem.

I would move the Pleco ASAP.

I lost a foot long Endli Tik to a pleco. Happened overnight. Good luck! Heat and salt ASAP. Keep the lights out.

Ah so you have a sailfin in there. That changes everything.
It's most definately the Pleco.

It's removed half the slimecoat!
Once the pleco has a taste for it, the lust never stops, only gets worse.
Remove the Pleco for good.
