Yes u do LOL if ur parents ACTUALLY buy you a big tank to house one of these then that would be a very sad day for that shark...

Haha YES it really does. Also sharks should not be in a tank with corals, it just won't work. I would suggest doing at least a few months of research before even buying anything for a tank.
Ok guy you should go and by this book aquarium keeping And rescue the essential salt water handbook and log by Carl Delfavero and YES YOU NEED A SUBSTANTIAL AMMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE or else when everything dies off in your tank you'll be scared away just like my parents when they didn't listen on how to correctly set up a sw tank this book shows gives really good info and since I've set up my tank it's helped alot based on params to trouble shooting and its really helpful search up this book and by it

Also keep in mind, saltwater is nothing like freshwater. It's a lot harder to maintain and understand.
