Can't tell if this is an armatus

This guys about 2-1/2" and is labelled as an armatus. Can you guys give me input on whether it truly is or not because it is really small. Thanks

I haven't gotten it yet. It's in an ad on Craigslist but the price seems too good to be true for it to be an armatus. Unfortunately I can't get a better pic. I just want to make sure its actually an armatus before I buy it

It could be either a tat or an armatus. Too early to tell. You can know the difference by the adipose fin color or the position of the pectorial fin (new theory).

That's the thing. I have no clue since it's on craigslist. That's why I want to make sure it's legit.
