had it since saturday, got it from someone on a forum who had it in a really small aquarium outside...it seems fine showing no stress made a little cave under the bogwood. got wery little info about him the guy i got him from had bought him from someone who had threatend to kill both if they werent taken by someone. Unfortuanly the guy i got them from didnt have space for em either i got it identitfied as a lugrubis atabo i think?

Nice pick up! Add in some more rock work and driftwood, if your pike has hiding spots it should be less stressed and more inclined to eat. Ask the guy you got it from to see what he was feeding the pike. You haven't had the fish for too long so don't be alarmed if it hasn't eaten already. Good luck!

Thanks! actually it ate loads late last night i tried some hikari pellets and shrimp but what he really loved was krill/artemia so all is well. Getting some more drift wood just need to find some nice pieces first want some large with a nice curve on em so they form a natural cave really love the pike so calm and mellow fish i always imaginged they would be agressive shame they are so expensive i would have wanted to get him a buddy. i must have gotten lucky i got him for free :D they are silly expensive here in sweden to import.
