Lost my goldie. :(

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
no man hes honest i think. he is a cool fish, regardless of his rarity. and its still a loss. ya know sometimes its not how much the fish costs or how rare it is. My expensive bass would be nothing if they died, but if my not so expensive or rare severum died i would lose it.

Thank you. And thanks again for the kind words.

I love big goldfish. I remember when I used to keep red eared sliders, I had a big comet survive as a feeder, he then grew to about 8" in like 4 months when i bought him at 3". He got absolutely huge and really fat. My turtles didnt even go after him. I used to feed the turtles and they would compete for food together. It was one of my favorite fish ive ever owned. He one day was just swimming at the top of the water and he just died about an hour or two later. He didnt even have a bite mark on him or anything so it wasnt the turtles. I still dont even know how he got that big. He must have caught up with all the growth he lost being stunted in the pet store. Sorry for your loss

Thank you. And that sounds like a hell of a goldfish you had. Idk how my goldfish's death started either.
