Looking real close at the penn fathom conventional series to go on a tiger lite jigging rod. Also gonna look at the new spinfishers.

I really like penn reels good luck. I was screwing around with a penn and it was called penn and another name and then 3000. It is awesome. It just feels great in your hand and is so smooth.
 
I went to wooddale county park at 930 and I had to call my dad to come pick me up. Its way too hot out. I caught 2 little 1 lbers. I cant wait til this weekend. I want to head over to chadwick lake and take a try at some deepwater bass fishing
 
Also snapped some pics of the pond to show you guys. There is this annoying thick plant growing on the surface everywhere. You can see it in some of the pictures. It looks light brownish

I have got to get back out on the water, it's just been so hot interspersed with thunderstorms and waterspouts.
 
plain pond algae, i would use a garden rake at my cousin's pond and rake up the algae and find tons of fish fry, tadpoles, bugs, crayfish, baby turtles and etc
