Well so far, I have my mbu, my afrowana, and I have a distichodus lusosso & Kamnume Mormyrid on the way, I think I'm pretty well stocked at full size huh?
African fish only tank suggestions?

So far current stock is ornate bichir, mbu puffer, african arowana, distichodus lusosso, mormyrus kannume, and synodontis catfish for african stock anything; any thoughts on compatibility or bioload?

How about adding a butterfly fish,they are actually related to the arowanas....Other than that it should be an interesting set up.
I can't see butterfly fish lasting in that community...they don't get big enough plus its hard to convert them to foods other than crickets, bloodworms or live......how about an odoe pike?
Distichodus lusosso can sometimes get pretty aggressive FYI; so just be warned?!! 
I like ATF, Mbu, Nile perch, Odoe pike, Parachanna sp. and Polypterus sp... for African tank.

Well if I take out all the non african fish that are still currently in my tank, I don't see any of those fish even on the same level of the tank, it is a 3 foot tall tank
