Reputable place (online) to order CA/SA Cichlids?

Hello,

I was wondering if I could get some input on reputable places in California to order fish online. I'm mainly trying to stay near California but other suggestions are welcome (yes even the obvious choices, some might not know). I am thinking of setting up another tank and have no idea what to stock.

If I get some feedback/ideas I can look around, find something I like and get started!:drool:

I'm not sure of any folks in California, but Americancichlids.net is in Denver and Wetspot is in Oregon (I think). My go to vendors for online orders are Jeff Rapps at Tangledupincichlids and Dan at Cichlids of the Americas.
 
All of the vendors on here......tangledupincichlids,discusorigins,sharkaquarium,petzonesd, etc....
 
I've had great luck with Jeff rapps and Dan at COA as well. In all honesty it really depends on what kind of stock you are looking for. Each of these two have excellent stock and great service and it really depends on what you are trying to get. The best advice I can give is try and narrow down a list of fish you would like to get and get examples of them from each place you may order from. There are a ton of great places to order from but those are my go to guys. Rapps rep is legendary and Dan has bent over backwards to assure I am happy and his prices rarely can be beat. Shipping from both is reasonable especially if you do airport to airport. Good luck;)

Ive dealt with Both of these and cant say enough good about both. The fish and the service from Rapps - Tangled up in cichlids and Dans Cichlids of the americas.
 
I've dealt with Dan with no problems at all, because i'm in florida I deal with different ones over here like gage of cichlidconnection and john (snook), etc...
