anybody sells on amazon? my account just got banned

woke up to a letter stating that my account was banned for selling a prohibited item. i tried appealing but to no avail.
this really sucks because i was really starting to make some money. has anyone ran into a similar problems?

glycolic acid for chemical peels. there are a ton of other sellers that sell it. it is not a drug or anything. i am just pissed off that they even explain why
