My 75gallon LMB tank

I wanted a bluegill/pumpkin seed tank sooo bad but couldn't catch anything but endless amounts of largemouths last year & just settled on these guys. I know its a small tank for them, but its just a grow out till I can get my large garden pond up in running soon. My future plans are to purchase a 125-180gal tank for some long ear sunfish from zimmermans someday.

Ive had these guys for a year now 7 they have been great.

Nice fish! I currently have one in a 55 growing out while I get my 125 set up, seems like we're doing similar things! Bass have really strong personalities, mine loves to chase people around the tank, running up to anyone he sees. I've also taught mine to jump out of the water to take pellets from my hand, they're very smart fish!

What a BUMMER! U could ONLY catch largemouth bass! I just LOVE catching sunfish way more! seriously, do not complain you are BLESSED!

not to correct you but just to clear up any possible confusion, LMBs are sunfish. I am assuming by you saying you like sunfish more than bass you mean you like Lepomis sunfish (the ones that all look like bluegills to the average person) more than bass which are in the micropterus genus (black bass) and like I said they are both a members of centrarchidae (sunfish family). I really need a native tank...so badly!!!
