How many days per week do you guys feed

Ime i have to feed twice per day. My rays are always very active so they must be burning it off quickly.

I feed 5x a week, and a day only once, but that would be a buffet for them, only juvies gets a 6x a week for me, I don't tolerate 'spoiling your fish or your girlfriend much.

How is not healthy to feed ur rays twice a day?!?! if ur water cant support feeding ur rays u need more filtration and wc.
