Did he actually show you the micro chip data with a reader? A piece of paper can easily be counterfited or falsified in this day and age. Shouldve posted pics before you bought it.

Ya he showed me the certificate I even went on dream fish and typed the code in under Canada it came up as red tail he's a pretty honest guy
