Hmm, at least Cruz stays healthy and is marketable.

I'm more worried about the otherside of the ball. A lot of well known names left town. Yes some of them under performed last year but they'd proven themselves to rise for the occasion when it mattered most
 
For as long as I've watched the GIANTS it seems they have played down or up to the level of compatition. They could loose to the worst team in the NFL and then run off a string of victorys agains top contenders then loose to another basement team. I guess a lot of fans could say that about there teams but BIG BLUE is famous for it.

Like osi, who gave up playing against the run last year.

I don't like how Phillips, boley, and Canty all had to leave. That may hurt.

Really we just need a bounce back year from tuck and Webster and our defense should be at least league average (which is all we need)

I missed this post earlier. I think a new coach and philosophy should do wonders on the offensive side of the ball. I hope they can sustain the tradition of a strong D though. Just wouldn't be bears football if that slipped

wow, ill say im plesantly suprised to actually hear about football and not about a. hern. i am a tad worried about my pats this year, but in bill we trust. not sure exactly who will emerge this year, but brady needs someone to float passes to. what a whacky offseason. got rid of mr.3rd down(welker) lost a pretty good TE to the gangsta life, and a great TE has been riddled with surgeries(gronk). then add a player with football skill but no position(tebow). sorry giants fans but signing ballard seems like a smart move now
 
So the 2 biggest mysteries for me coming into this year are....the NE patriots offense - welkers, gronk and hernendez but + amendola and tebow

I know belichik will make someone new a star plus they could actually run last year

AND...the Philadelphia Eagles offense under chip Kelly. I know vick will be the starter and they're going uptempo but Oregon never made a star out of a WR. Heavily favored RBs and QBs
