What do U feed your Jaguar???

I just saved a jaguar cichlid from my lfs. He is around 6", super aggressive, and cool. But what to feed him so he grows up to be a predator monster????

Why do people say saved? You purchased a jaguar.
 
NLS, Xtreme and the occasional live fish I grow myself. Moving to NLS now that she takes it consistently.

Massivore every now and again.

He said saved because it probably grew up in a 20g and would've been lucky to get sold to someone with a tank bigger than 55g ;)

OP, I would recommend feeding NLS large fish formula (3mm sinking pellets)

That's a lot of assumptions. He bought it from a LFS. They are just getting another replacement fish. And he gave them the money to do so so its not really "saving" anything. Don't get me wrong I am happy the OP got it and is giving it a nice home. I just think its funny when people think they are saving a fish.
