Below are two female Parachromis, both about 4" in length. One was sold to me as a P. friedrichsthalii ('monarch') and the other P. loisellei ('armarillo'), but I'm hard pressed to see an obvious difference between the two. The horizontal line on the lower fish is a bit more broken up, but beyond that they look very similar. Anyone out there know which species (singular or plural) I have?
