Hey everyone this is Roberto my Beardie, i got him 18 months ago and just going to show you a quick update of him through the months so you can see him progressing. he is SUPER tame, very active and has never shown any aggression towards me or any others. He is around 25" right now. He is half sandfire half orange X German Giant

That's some nice growth! He's a great looking specimen. I love how docile bearded dragons are. I used to have a pair. One day the female laid eggs and I was ecstatic. 2 days later the male died and the female died a week after that. I had no idea why. It broke my heart and I haven't been able to bring myself to get another scaly friend since...
But I digress. You've got a beautiful beardie. :)

25"? Can we see a him besides a tape measure please...

from head to tail yes, same as the height of my tank. I don't have any tape measures around that I've seen in a long time

why's that so hard to believe? beardies get to 24", and this one took an extremely long time (over a year) to wean off of live food and on to pure veggies

I've heard of German giants growing from 27-30"

Exactly, and mines a quarter GG. The fact that its about 1" larger than a regular sized male beardie is hardly that remarkable

More like 7"... I missed the part where you said it was part GG

no problem, I wasn't aware he was that much bigger than regular ones, he has a really long thick tail i guess tahts where a lot of the extra length comes from
