Only thing that worries me is how the sump and tank are just sitting on the bars with no support along their length, especially with the ends of the sump unsupported.

It's called Japanese Matting which is less commonly available in the US. You will probably have better luck funding Matala mats here in the States; most pond stores carry it.

Planning on putting 7 to 9 armatus, 1 tat, 1 curupira and 1 GATF..

The stand is for high performance, most stand here in are like this, but of course you have to know who you dealing with.. Good thing I'm dealing with the best here in manila area.. =D

The orange colored media is called here as "High Porus Baki Roll" or "HP Baki Roll" or "Baki House Roll"

The small and white one is "High Porus Rings" or "HP Rings"
