wat are some cool african species

I was thinking of possibly setting up an African setup and wanted some ideas on some inhabitants I already know maybe some elephant nose or down poker as well as odoe pikes same size or smaller than elephant nose or down poker and maybe a large catfish that can swim upside down I forgot the name but wat are some others. I don't know wat size tank yet but defanately 150 or up

+1 for sure, sounds like a good plan.. maybe throw in a VATF or one of the other smaller ATFs

aba aba knife, heard they are aggresive but really cool. my synodontis eruptus swims upside down 50% of the time!-) a pair of 5 star generals for a smaller tank?
