Figured this would help you guys get a better feel for my space constraints.
My "pump room" is also a sun room off my master bedroom. It had to look like it was not a pump room and fit below the windows, so I had to get creative on how to do this layout.

This is my first post. I must say that this is a fantastic setup that you have. I owned a Tropical Fish store in the early 1970s and specialized in breeding Discus. I owned a number of breeding pairs and successfully raised hundreds of fry to young adulthood. My first breeding pair was purchased from the Fairy Lake Discus Palace in San Francisco. The Palace was a fantastic place to visit with hundreds of Discus.

very nice build. hope you run it first before you enclose it all. i would hate to trouble shoot that system if a leak or other issue occurs. lines everywhere. with the amount of money you have and are willing to spend on this system i would have had a specialized company come in and do it. the diy stuff is for all of us people to cheap to pay that kind of cash

I didnt trust anyone to do it to the level I wanted it done. Besides building it is half the fun. I just have kazillion other projects and commitments going which slows everything down to a snails pace.
Cabinets are almost done now. Stand by for big update.
Agree with that, I'd be doing my own set ups even if I won the lottery!! I hate it when life gets in the way of important things like fish too, work is such an inconvenience....
