Setting up 400 gallon stock tank for pacu

that pretty nice how it has viewing windows so you can look at the fish from the side aswell as the top
that tank is sweet, never seen one like it. where did u get it? really like pools, but they dont have windows, and that looks like the perfect combo. plus when pacu scare they tend to smash into walls and i feel like being round would help
well technically its not mine its where I work but I consider it mine since I take care of all the tanks six days a week and that I had that pacu since it was small lol and yes with it being round it does help the only thing is when he gets spooked during feeding he splashes a lot of water onto the floor and have to mop it up and we got it out of a aquaculture magazine
hmmm im going to have to remember that. i know what u mean about splashing i was at someones house who had tons of pools i was feeding and ended up getting drenched. very cool
Yes before the pacu tank the tank was full of hybrid striped bass and they would get everything wet they eventually got to big and it was impossible to keep the water clear the water looked like muddy lake water all the time so we had a fish fry lol

Very cool. Has a Jules Verne kind of feel. Love it. I'd put a 90 degree on that pvc and run it to the wall of the tank, no?
this is the pvc piping that came with the filtration system to this tank but ya I think it needs to be changed up because every once in a while the pacu runs into nocking it around and stops the siphon and the pacu has got bigger and fatter since this video this video was took last last spring
