I use nls floating pellets as staple and 2 times a week frozen shrimp or fish fillet i got them as fry the oscar is one year old and the midevil 7 moths

For my large fish (5 inches and up) I feed 3 mm nls pellets and some dried krill as a bi-weekly treat. For my grow outs (2-4 inches) I feed nls 1mm and bloodworms. For fry over half an inch I feed nls grow and bloodworms, and for fry half an inch or smaller I feed a mixture of finely ground, nls, dried krill, and pure spirulina powder. I've heard astangthin (I'm sure I misspelled that) powder is also great but I have never used it before.
