If you want bigger ones - I would forget about pet supply / fish store places, and focus on POND supply places and get their 3-4 inch comet deals. They are cheap.

Also - PetCo / PetsMart sometimes has a tank of 3 inch feeders, so they could order those as well.

Sorry I can't be more specific - but they are easy to find if you do a little googling. Good luck!

I wish our LPS would do that.

Our pet store is EXTREMELY picky when it comes to live fish (even feeders).
I have been shopping at this specific pet store since their grand opening & it is impossible to purchase ANY fish without being "interviewed" about your setup, etc.

I have personally seen MANY customers denied fish.
(Some for great reasons, while other times I simply think the employee just didn't want to have to deal with netting & bagging the fish.)

They will sell you bunny, ferret, hamster, etc. with no questions asked, but ask for a live fish & you have a good chance you will be walking back to your car empty handed.

Wow and that place is still open?? I would never do Business with a place like that!!!

Not at all. but its obvious he is a re-seller and has been told this befor
Ok Thank you for the answer and information!!! So basically it's only if you buy fish only to resale them for a profit you have to be a vendor but if it is just your personal fish that had some babies you can sell them on here with out being a vendor?

I believe they are going on their 8th year of business. Most of the employees that work their are nice young college kids.
For other pet needs (such as dogs, cats, birds, etc. they are a fantastic store, but they need to loosen up bit in the fish department.

We have been searching for months & have already been to the local pond stores.
Even though they have LOTS of feeders & koi's sitting in the pools at the facilities they do not sell them in bulk to hobbyists.
(Only pond businesses, pet stores & licensed dealers.)

Thanks.

If you are looking for feeders try contact aquatic day care in Salem, Oregon. Just got 500 1-1.5" feeders for a decent price. Pm me if you need a number

PM Sent. Do you know if they ship?

Well that sucks. How about the people we buy our Blackworms from now sell feeders

Have you ordered the feeder goldfish from them before?
They have a fair deal on the feeders, especially since the prices already include overnight shipping.
