180 african oddball tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I hate it when people come over and look at the tank and are like "where are all the fish?". I drop a massivore in, and when they see all of them their jaws drop. Next they ask me how many i have! If they only knew how much water I have to change in order to keep them happy. I'm in the process of adding some pothos to keep the nitrates down.

Here's my moke. Pic is about a week old when he first got released into the tank. I go to school and come home on the weekends to do water changes. The bummer is I got him the day before I went back to school, and haven't seen how he adjusted. I'm hoping he darkened up since the last time I saw him.

That kingslayae is wonderful..i will try my best to find one..i wonder is aquaworld has a shipping service..they should develop one because stores all over the Midwest are closing and petsmart and petco never have anything and I never had good like with their fishes anyway.

Wish I knew about pothos years ago:)

I didn't know either..and I have some in my house...I just keep wrapping it around the stair banister...and it just wont stop growing...I cut off pieces and give them to my aunts..they love it. So could I could one in my filter and let the leaves and vine hang and grow in the water? I know they are bad for pets like dogs and cats..will that make fish sick..i heard no..but just making sure. Its an Asian plant but has be introduced I east Africa..its invasive in a lot of places but in east Africa it is not invasive..which I guess means it thrives but does not take over.
