I hope he has something bigger to go into. He/she may get 9-12 inches and need a 90-120gallon tank. Not to doubt you did your research, just checking

Many years ago now, I walked into a (rather rubbish) big aquatics shop, and they had a tank on the counter with tons of baby turtles in. And they had albino's!! I kind of wished I had got a couple there and then. I have no idea how they came by them, I'm guessing they came in on a shipment when they were being imported en mass. Upon doing research afterward I was surprised to find these are quite rare as they had at least 5 or so in there.
