Look what I made last night!





It's my first time doing jello. I'm so proud! Does anyone have any suggestions for stopping it from separating as it sets up?

Well date with girl #4 went, ahem, "very well" so my batting average is .500 right now which is hall of fame stats.

Wait until the gelatin is just starting to set before you mix in the other stuff - I think that is how they make Jello fruit salad.

Thanks Dan! I just didn't know if I did something wrong or not, lol.

I tried to mix just the gelatin and hot water the first time and put everything else in there afterwards but the gelatin gooped as soon as it hit the water. So on a blind gamble, I mixed a new packet with the meaty foods first and then hot water and it worked that way.
