Totally agree... if i had a basement and that kinda space to setup tanks, i'd never leave my basement either... which i guess some people are thankful about since i rarely like leaving my apartment as it is...
The legitimate reason would come out sounding pretty racist, even though i dont really mean it to be so im going to skip airing that in public...
So instead im going to; say nothing beats staying at home with the AC blasting, surround sound system going with your favorite tunes while dealing with your fishtanks

This is amazing, everything looked great and clean. The render or what ever on the wall makes the area look really good.
