Dose anywhere sell oscars for less than 10 bucks a piece online?

I recently went to my lfs and they always have in new oscars however they are just average joe oscars and they want 10.00$ each which I think is overpriced because they commonly have ripped find and scales missing and on top of that they are common tiger oscars I'm looking to get 4 or so but I don't want to spend 10$ each any suggestions

The Wet Spot has five different varieties of Oscar for $6-7 apiece, but like Jay said, the shipping is probably going to push them over quite a bit over $10 each depending on how many you get.

Well there are some for 5.99 but over at my petsmart their fins are all scuffed up and they look not far from death I don't know just pet stores chains don't take too good care of the fish
I guess I'm looking for quality of the fish for the posted price

You want quality you're gonna pay for it. Want a cheap fish, go to Petsmart. With a little TLC I'm sure that "not far from death" fish can be a stunning beast.

I sometimes ask when will next shipment of a particular species of fish I want, and I try to be present the day fish arrive at the store. The store should have no problem with you wanting the pick of the litter;)
 
How much cheaper are you likely to get them, if they're $6 at petsmart for ragged looking ones how much are you hoping to save? Even if you do get them for $6 a piece you will have saved yourself a whopping $16, which compared to the cost of housing and feeding four foot-long oscars over 5-10 years really isn't a great deal of money.

Minor ripped fins and missing scales isn't a big deal and should heal quickly with young fish when kept properly, it's not an uncommon problem with aggressive cichlids when they're crammed in small LFS tanks. If they're healthy and otherwise nice looking and you want them then I say go for it!
