If you have to wait for payday just to buy a game maybe you should focus on building up a savings for things that are far more important.

Maybe he doesn't want to use savings for it? Someone's monetary status is none of our business....

I did not mean it in a harsh way. I do after reading see its worded a bit that way and my apologies. When you have many friend that are in this case and they are always using the paycheck for a game or a points card and then when things get really tough they have no money and they are in real trouble and lose their cars and dont pay motgages maybe then you will understand a little better what its like for me. I am just glad I have self control in my life and thankful I have a good paying job and have built up a savings that takes care of life challenges. Same as people taking out a loan for fish in my opinion.
Also this is my background and life I work in credit risk, people that owe even hundreds of thousands on credit just because they are not using self control with how they are spending their money. I do applaud him that he or she is using real cash vs credit. But unfortunately my life is built around people that are completely different.
If all this makes me ignorant or lacking first hand knowledge and experience I think you are very incorrect with your statement.

Lol what? I've used money from my paycheck all the time, that's normally what you do. Set aside food money, bill money, etc and have entertainment money. None the less who cares how he does it? I'm just glad he's able to afford games, allot sadly aren't.

Yeah, the cars are pretty neat too.. they look just like what ever car it's designed after too pretty crazy.
