I love cichlids for this very reason. Such funny little fish and its always awesome to watch their antics.

My old Oscar used to mercilessly attack my siphon, hand, magfloats, face outside the glass, etc. Anything, really. He would even poke his face out of the water if he thought he could nip me. I had to get my gf to distract him with a net on the other side of the tank whenever I did maintenance so he didn't molest my hands.

Hah, that's pretty awesome. My GT is still a pansy and cowers behind his driftwood when I do water changes, but I've only had him for a month.
