Who's your Aquarium Hero!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I've got a LOT of people that I look up to in this hobby, but for a hero? I'd have to say Oddball as well. That man has done it all in this hobby and has done more with his life in the real world than 99% of people could ever hope of doing. So yeah, I'd have to say he's probably my aquarium hero.

This.. and x3 on Arapaimag... Either of these gentleman have made me think and re-think many times what I'm doing and how I'm doing it. They both give me something to aspire too as a Aquarist who keeps large fish.

But I have learned a lot from entirely to many people here to name them all.

Andrew!

No jk.

Harley K, JP, stollo, Homer, ecoli, pacu mom, li, rd, and granny :p

Many others, especially oddball, he talked some sense into me that I drastically needed!

I'm glad to finally see this guy's mentioned somewhere in the 21st Century. Last time I did hear his name was back in the 90's. In fact I had the pleasure to give him a ride to a fish convention once(also got his autograph).

Years ago back in the 90s when I was looking to get into salt I was advised to get his book,Beginner to Breeder.I went out and bought it and read it from cover to cover in a weekend.
