I totally forgot the name, but I talked in length with the guy who ran the amazon and Australian exhibits in the Baltimore National aquarium, I may have actually convinced him to get some bichirs in one of the African tanks haha. He was awesome though, oversaw all the tanks in both exhibits, kept them clean and even had to go swimming in them a couple times haha

They are not just gonna get bichirs because some visitor said it would be cool... I have talked to him to and he is super cool! Im gonna get an internship there soon...

Oh really because i didnt think of that (sarcasm) . I explained how ancient they are, and he said they were already considering adding some but what I told him about their behaviour made him want to push it more. They are a fish that deserves to be in every aquarium w/ an African exhibit

whoah that aquascaping makes the tank look like a nat geo pic of some highlands in China

My three heroes are all members on here lol.
Oddball because the man has a treasure trove of knowledge,more tanks than I can count, and is a awesome mod
Duanes because his setups are stunning and he to is a wealth of knowledge
And Mel O because he has stunning setups as well and his dovii is magnificent!

What tank were they considering? I agree that would be neat but in general big organizations like that easily forget about what visitors say... They should have some over the top GIANT bichirs.
