I disagree, Atlantas not running the ball like they used to, (21st in the league) and that was with steve Jackson, Matt Ryan is a good quarterback , and Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez are doing great on the offense but without the run New Englands stellar defense is going to shut them down; not only that but Atlanta is ranked #22 on total defensive statistics ,the close losses to the Dolphins and Saints were because of Atlantas d's inability to stop the other teams passing offense, and that's where Brady excels......hes gonna hit his target.....and a Im afraid Atlanta is going to lose, and its going to be telling on theyre defense.
 
I don't know how telling it will be for their defense when they are missing their starting middle linebacker and number one cornerback. I'd expect any of the good quarterbacks to carve up a defense on any team with those two missing.

edit: Crap, forgot they lost their best pass rusher for the year too.

Have you watched a patriots game this year? Their offense is struggling and they're 3-0. We dont even know if their D is good because of the bad opponents theyve played. This will be their first test against a team that can put points on the board, therefor putting MORE pressure on the struggling offense

NE has faced 2 rookie QBs and a QB whos thrown like 9 INT to 2 tds in his last 6 games. Their D is not tested. Theres my unbiased and thought out reasons for why today we learn something about the patriots

Btw, atl chooses not to run. Its not that they cant. Theyre putting up decent numbers for the amount of carries and their RBs have a fair amount of catches. And steve jackson got hurt early in game 2. Theres been more snaps without him then with him.

The only thing i think we'll learn about ATL is how desperate they are and if they have any heart. Starting 1-3 with the Saints rolling would be a disaster of epic proportion

the Jets have one of the best Defenses in the league and Buffaloes offense is much better than theyre rated due to the fact they've played such good defences; I don't care what anyone says the Jets and Bills are not BAD teams, the Buccaneer's unfortunately are and got blown out of the water; I stand by my prediction.....New England is going to win a tight and hard fought matchup against a Falcons who have a great passing game, but whose running game and defense are hurting. PS Ryan,Jones and Gonzalez cant win it against a good defense without a good running game, I think theyre gonna be shutdown. PSS if the Falcons lose (which I think they will) how is that going to telling on the Patriots :confused:?
