He is special for his quickness, power for small size , skills and brains combined.
I saw a picture of him in a book about 20yrs ago; He curled a bar with 35 lb on each side. It's a long bar cant remember if it's Olympic bar or not but if it's the 15lb bar then it's 85lb, if it's 45lb olympic bar then it's 115 lb. Either way both are heavy. He held it right in the middle of the curl in the photo.

I think he'd do okay on the floor.He would incorporate more grappling into his repertoire and he actually showed a bit of that years ago...He'd be like Anderson Silva but a more dangerous striker.
Gene Lebelle is his Grappling teacher back then.. If you dont know who Gene Lebelle is then you don't know anything about grappling.

And he wouldnt compete in the mma sports anyway. It's a dirty sport. And the pay in mma is only enough for him to donate to homeless.
And Jiu Jitsu is not created by Brazilians..
Jiujitsu was taught to Brazil by a Japanese man. They practice it so long in Brazil that they start to call it Brazilian JJ.. But it's actually tauht to them by a Japanese man.

Now who said anything about jiu jitsu being created by Brazilians? I don't recall ever hearing anyone make that claim,funny you deemed it necessary to mention that....and,how would you know that Bruce Lee would not compete in MMA today?...dirty sport? LMAO!
how I describe something is only my opinion. So Others can think it's a clean sport.
MMA is the only competition I make time to watch. So Im not gonna debate about anything much on or against it.
But Compared to boxing and kick boxing, mma needs alot of regulations still and the judges don't know what they are looking at.. A take down does not hurt but it can win a whole fight.. It's barbaric as a sport if I care for the fighters as human.. A fighter is out and still taking power hits as he's sleeping.. That's dirty. What goes behind it is dirty too.. Fighters get to choose who to fight. Dana white having favoritism and sleeping with Chael Son.. I feel bad for those fighters that trying so hard to make money to feed their families while UFC pay them $5,000

And what doe bjj stand for?
There are different forms and offshoots of a few martial arts disciplines so why can't the Brazilians tweak and adjust JJ to suit their needs and why do you think they put a B in BJJ?

If you say that to a Gracie, they not gonna like it though.. But their earlier generations know the truth..
Do you know Kenny Florian? He learns JKD and then he calls it Ken flo trying to make it seem like he created the art..
It's like You take Michael Jackson's song and sing it in your voice and say you created the song.

You made it sound as if they can't or have no right to do so by bringing it all up in the first place....Whatever it is that Ken Florian did he never stated that he created JKD.
