Yup, you got it right. I've seen some impressive GATF from the wild but in the aquarium they don't have that ferocious look. That 3' GATF is impressive and an expectation specimen but he don't looks like an adult GATF to me.

I'm not sure what you're expecting out of a GATF if that one doesn't do it for you. It looks like a perfectly rounded adult goliath to me.

Oh, and he's closer to four feet than three.

is this a recent pic? I mean would someone post a vid regarding how monstrous this fish is? I would like to see how the member's pride of joy looks via pics and vids...

This fish's owner hasn't posted anything in five years. Either it's even bigger by now or its dead.

You better post yours when it became more or less like this chicx..
Darn I would love to see that on feeding time.
Because you're a real fan of characins, how many years would it need to take to have this size?

I wonder, who else would post their monster...

8-10 years at the absolute quickest, and that's assuming you do everything perfectly, all the time, every time.

I don't know what to say... maybe add some red bull on your water??

it's already been tried. it makes the fish jump because then they think they can fly. don't do it. back on subject, it. could be swallowed by a five foot wallago leeri
