My personal record of a red drum is 25 pounds, over 27 inches, it was a bull red. What about you people?

How much over 27"? A 27" red fish will weight about 7-8lbs no where NEAR 25lbs! lol

This red was 45" and MAYBE 30lbs.

Heck of an increase in length all of a sudden. Over 27 inches and 25 lbs....now it's "Definitely over 48 inches".

So in otherwords, you really don't know how big it was, but it was the biggest fish of your life and you're making the minnow into a big fish story.

Well, I caught a fish that was "over" 1.5 inches and it weighed 87 pounds.
