No I'll pass on the Pleco thanks though but yeah clowns grow like an inch a year maybe two in tops in perfect conditions so if u got big fish and want one you gotta pay the price.
yeah, i never understood why people payed so much for jumbo loaches when there like 6 bucks at my local petshop when there 2 inches. But i see its cause they are slow growers and people want them big. Makes sense, but i wouldnt pay that money for one. But if i can point out, common pleco's are just as slow growers. Only about an inch a year also. You dont see to many as big as mine.
Still, seeing either of those fish that large is cool to me. Common pleco or not, thats the whole reason why i bought him. Ive never seen a pleco 18+" The biggest loach ive seen is about 14" and its at a car dealership! haha
