Garage fish room (Load Warning)

..... and do you find that you get more algae in the tank with the colormax module added, vs tanks with just the daylight LED's?

I think the 6700k grows more. The colormax output is a bit less probably because every third led is red.... pretty dark red. I think the 6700k aqueon bulb is the most balanced though. If I had to go with one that would be the one for my all around. It does blues better.

I use that bulb on everything lately. It's the one about Scarlet in my avatar.

Very good, thanks for the info. Scarlet certainly doesn't appear to be suffering color wise from the 6700 module. ;)
 
That set-up is so friggin sweet! Really getting me amped up to want to wall in a section of my basement for a fish room.
 
Lol yeah right. She goes the deepest red when guarding. She looks like the dark ..

I'm gonna try a few different combos though. Especially with the ornatum.

Looks good, the black stands with black backgrounds on everything gives it a nice clean look.
 
Sweet setup. I wish I didn't have to insulate my garage.

Fantastic setup and gorgeous tanks as always John; I would expect nothing less from you! :D I wish I was able to do something similar in my garage, unfortunately the weather here wouldn't permit it unless I did some serious work.
