is it wrong to feed fish live food

Agreed there pole, quality pellet best thing for your fish, next being not to over feed. bad for the water quality, bad for the fish, A hungry fish is a happy fish.
 
I dont see a health issue with quarantined feeders as part of a balanced diet. Ethically, I think it is more down to an individuals moral compass than concrete right or wrong. Someone that feeds crickets to their lizard may not agree with live feeder fish. I have no problems with feeder fish, but wouldn't like to feed a live mouse. At the other end of the scale, im sure there are people that would happily feed puppies to their great white shark. Sorry Pole, I don't agree with the fighting chance argument either. Too easily used for fox hunting or other such abhorrent practices.

tell me about it . when my current betta started eating live shrimp, it killed a lot of fish, and even two dwarf aquatic frogs. as soon as he stopped eating it he became so calm that he lives with three female bettas.

I see what you mean and I agree, I hate it when hunters use that argument, no animal has a firearm. I see what you mean and I completely understand.
