amount of rays recommended for my FGT

Hey guys

I have a 12' 6' 3' FGT tank. which i want to stock the maximum amount of adult fresh water rays possible.

Yet i don't want to over stock my FGT.

I have a side sump filter running with jap mats and brushes. and also 6-8kgs of K1 for my filtration.

Thats a nice size system when are we going to see pics of it. Definitely depends on how much space you want to have for each ray and also what species you keep. Probably going to be able to house about 10 though.

That could be about right depending on which rays not flower tiger or motoro probably only 4-6 of them

I had 1 x male p14 1 x male Leo/bd 1 x female Leo/bd and 2 x female p14 in my tank and that looked over stocked in a 8 x 6 x 3

Tiger motoro and flower get massive so 5-6 max of them

Different people have different ideas on over stocked so best to buy about 10 rays watch them grow then see how it looks 2-4 years down the line

Ill probably keep motoro, sp, pearl, PDR or BD.

i was thinking about total 10-12 rays.

i wont be posting pics coz its an ugly setup. Just a big blue tub.

Being that you have so many rays available to you in Singapore are you buying small and growing out or buying larger ones? Should be fine with 10.
