He is the best one I have ever seen. His colors are amazing. What do you feed him and what ph do have? I've been thinking about these guys or c. spectabilis. Both are amazing sp.

Holy crap this the biggest myersi I've ever seen. I really love these guys, and this one is amazing looking. Awesome job.

Thank You very much! I have had him eating NLS from day one. He is eating Jumbo 4.5mm floating and 6mm Thera A formulas at the moment.Once a month or so I may give him a couple nightcrawlers for a treat. Ph on the tank is around 6.8

Holy!!! What a beautiful fish! I got 4 juveniles growing up in my 140 Gallon, biggest one has reached about 5 inches by now. Aiming to keep only one because I dont have any more aquariums to divide them in.

You say he became super aggresive on EVERYTHING when he turned about 8 inches, what did you keep him with?

I can only hope my turn out this nice!

Wow. This turn out really nice. Love the myersi and missed the ones I have lost before. Good job and thanks for sharing.

Thank you! Yours are looking beautiful as well. At the time he was in with two 11 inch Snooks two 10 inch Synpilum and a couple 5 inch Ornatums. I even ended trying my other large male that I have in the same tank which went pretty good for about a week but then he snapped and ended up killing one of my big Snooks. Hopefully yours well play better with others. Like all cichlids they all have their own personalites and maybe yours may not be as aggressive as mine. Good luck with yours.
