Mixing snakeheads with anything is a bad idea , especially other channa. This mix is NOT going to work long term, those snakeheads will mature so will the oscars fights will break out and you'll eventually have one fish left , most likely one of the 2 Channa will be the victor (whoever get bigger and matures first) and when it snaps it'll probably kill everything overnight with no warning leading up to it .
It'll work now while they are all immature but long run you're probably heading down the road that will suddenly end in a lot of dead fish.
