Need an ID on this Pike ASAP!

Hey everyone! Im at the lfs and a new pike cichlid came in with the belly crawlers and sveni pikes. Ive never seen this species before if anyone could help me out quick i may just snag it before anyone else, its only 10 bucks

Wow very cheap for an Anthurus! That's what it is, Anthurus, they get about 10-12 inch I'd snatch that guy in a heartbeat for 10$!

How aggressive are they? I have the most experience with belly crawlers and sveni. Are these guy real aggressive pikes? Im not sure if ive just been lucky but the sveni adults ive had have been pretty calm and i only had one male belly crawler that was exceedingly territorial

I really don't know, my buddy had one for a while but sold it to someone I don't talk to when it was still smaller. I recently started a thread for Anthurus to get peoples experiences with them on here... nobody bit, not one response

it's definitely in the saxatillis family..definitely a great pike..probably get 10 to 12 inches can be aggressive depending on tankmates
