Strange Pleco handfishing video S.FL (What species?)

Just last year i discovered these plecos at a miami canal,the first adult suckermouth 15" in the video developed freakishly swollen orangeish enlarged pectoral fins with spines!
could use some help, which species is this,there are smaller ones you can see in the video.They also seem to have lots of yellow,including a yellow mouth..

It seems like all the feral plecos in south fl are developing that weird orange fin condition. There have 4 or 5 thread with people catching similarly weird plecos...

Not all the plecos,the commons are still unchanged...

Look at the size of this Pterygoplichthys disjunctivus. It's got to be 2 feet or more
