I have recently lost a lot of fish includeing my monster blue phantom pleco and all I have left is a hatchetfish and lemon tetra but the lemon tetra doesn't really want to eat and if he does take abite he spits it out the hatchet is fine and actually eats parameters are fine the tetra also paces glass of tank he also was the alpha lemon tetra in tank with other lemon tetra and bleeding heart I don't know if that helps wat should I do

Tetras are schooling fish. A single tetra in a tank probably isn't comfortable. What caused the other fish to die?
left for five days and added a seven day feeder block wich fouled water, and caused high nitrites wich killed my other fish(blue phantom pleco, bleeding heart tetra, and cory catfish) he likes to stay near my hatchet fish and he did scavange some food from surface and bottom of tank very tiny pieces

Might be a dumb question..but did you change the water after the other fish died?
What do you mean by "fine"? What are the actual readings?

As has been said it is likely quite stressed from being on it's own. The hatchet also needs buddies.
What are you feeding? Have you tried some different foods? When did you get the fish?

Most fish can go ~2 weeks without food.

water parameters are now zero ammonia zero nitrite and ph around neutral I feed flake food being either ocean nutrition spirluna flakes or red omega one color flakes.hatchet fish eats like normal and acts fine, but the lemon only eats small amounts here and there I am going to be leaving for seven days and comeing back the 28th. I will be bringing four more lemons and a baby angelfish that day as well, so if most fish can last 2 weeks without food will the lemon be fine wile im gone

Feed them right before you leave, and then as soon as you get back, along with a water change. They should be fine. :)
If you get the chance, try picking up some pellets, such as New Life Spectrum small formula sinking pellets, they might like those over the flakes. Frozen bloodworms would be good as an occasional treat too.
