Im having some size issues too, the ipatinga is growing extra slow and my pinima is growing extra fast and noticed how little the ipatinga is lol. My growouts are catching up to the ipatinga and will probably pass him up in 3-4 months.

What is your ipitanga eating isde?
As we all know diet plays a large part in growth.
Or does this show the difference in cb growth rates compared to wc kelberi growth rates?
I'm sure we will never know whether or not our fish from recent imports are truly wild or not.
For now we can just be glad we are seeing kelberi other than bahias on a regular basis.

I think its more so cb vs. wc growth rates because it eats like a champ. It hammers foodsticks, tilapia and shrimp, but I mainly feed foodsticks.

Into the big tank the "Sao Fran" went.
I would say the amount of growth this guy has put on has accomplished In such a short amount of time resembles the growth of a healthier captive bred fish.
This guy is as big as a few of the bass already in the 225g.
In tank shots in a few days after he has settled.
For now...we all know how big a 5g bucket is.

I almost need another 4-6" kelberi to go in w/ the 2 I have left in the 130g.
The never growing Azul may go to my brother since he has always wanted a piquitti....and that guy can stay in the 120g for life.
Hmmmm......choices.
